Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Packages will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Mail. 
  • Expedited shipments placed Monday – Saturday prior to 12pm will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the following day. Orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday.
  • While most orders are processed within 24-hours, orders may take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment. It usually takes 3-8 business days to deliver, 1-3 extra days might be needed during holiday seasons.

 

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, Gemelle will be happy to offer a refund within 14 days from the date you received your item(s).

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, so please choose your pieces carefully. Refunds cannot be issued for any discounted, promo code, or sale items, as these are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Customers are responsible for sending back unwanted items within 7 days of receiving the return address. Returns received after this period will only be accepted at our discretion. Shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility and typically require just a stamp, as our postal boxes are designed to fit through a letterbox.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

Gemelle cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed postal service to ensure your package reaches us safely. Any items that fail to reach us are the customer’s responsibility, and we will not be able to process a refund.

All Gemelle products undergo quality inspection and careful packaging before being shipped.

Gemelle reserves the right to refuse any returns that are received in unsatisfactory condition or do not meet our return policy requirements.

 

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt and reach out to us immediately if you find an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll be happy to resolve the issue, including issuing a refund if applicable.

 

How to Make a Return

1. Email mygemelle@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.

2. Gemelle will respond within 1-3 business days with an approval email that includes the return address. During sales and busy periods, response times may be slightly longer, but we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

3. Once you receive the return address, please re-pack your item(s) in the original box with all original packaging (exactly how you received it).

 

Refunds

After receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them and send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be completed, as your bank or credit card provider may need some time to finalize the process.

Gemelle reserves the right to refuse any returns that arrive in unsatisfactory condition or do not comply with our return policy.

Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.
